HR Business Partner

Job Description
We are looking for a colleague who wants to be at our HR BP CFO/CRO team; are you going to join our team for a period of 5 months in 2025, starting in May.

With you as a HR Business Partner, we make this possible together. We do this together with our
business leaders. Your expertise and ability to analyse complex questions, understand the real problem to
find the best answer, and structure and support HR implementations, will be an asset to our team. As part
of the HR Business team you will work closely with our leaders, our HR Tribe members and our HR colleagues around the world to deliver on our strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
With your diverse skill set and the broad experience you bring to the table, everyone wants you on their
team. You can deduce meaningful insights from large quantities of data and information, you are creative
and you make change happen.

Fine working relationship
- In the team HR Business Partners CFO/CRO
- Responsible for four departments Credit Analytics, Model Risk Management, Data for CFO/CRO and CFO Product department (CFO CPO).
- Strategic focus, partner for management, guiding transformations, leadership, DE&I, employee engaegement etc., bridge between HR and business.
- Together with 3 direct colleagues
- 32-36 hours per week

An average working day
Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance,
participating in the MT business meeting, acting as a sparring partner for one or more Managing Board -1 members, lead a Workforce session, steering change or guide an engagement scan discussion.

You and your talent
• Experienced HR professional with strategic focus
• 7-10 years experience in HR or relevant positions within large organizations, complex organizations
• WO master in relevant field (e.g. Strategic HR, organization science our Business administration)
• Business acumen and stakeholder management skills, strategic mindset, able to manage multiple tasks and challenges at the same moment
• Experience driving change through complex transformation programmes and organisational development in a (international matrix) organisation (change management skills)
• Strong skills in HR analytics – used to work data driven and fact based;
• Able to switch between strategic, tactical and operational level
• Experience with agile or lean way of working;
• Solid PowerPoint, Excel and data analysis skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written). English is standard most departments you will work with.
