Project manager.

Location: Amersfoort / remote
Start a.s.a.p
Duration 6 months with an opyion to extend
Hourly: 20 - 24 hours/week, with option to expand to 32 - 40 hours/week later in the project.

Experience:

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience as a project manager gained in the last 7
    years.

Purpose/Key Objectives of the job:

The IM project manager runs 3, 4 projects in parallel. Projects occur in cyber security or applications.


The nature can be different, below a few examples with different technologies:

  • SAP, Ariba, SuccessFactors projects
  • SAP Mobile asset maintenance
  • Application transitions to SAAS versions
  • MS Azure Cloud developments
  • Disaster recovery
  • Implementing a new backup feature in our datacenter

Projects may also differ from a stakeholder standpoint:

  • HR
  • Finance
  • Sales
  • Logistics
  • Asset Maintenance

Projects at Nobian usually take 3 - 6 months, teams of 3 - 5 (part time) players and 200.000 - 500.000 EUR budget.

Responsibilities:

The project manager is end to end responsible for managing scope, budget and quality for projects

delegated to the project manager.

He/she treats the internal and external resources that are trusted to the project manager with care. The project manager applies the Nobian PMO project methodology which is a slim version of Prince2.

Education:

  • You have at least a completed Hbo/WO work and thinking level, preferably with a completed
    Hbo/WO education.

Required Skills, Expertise and Competences:


  • A solid broad IT understanding, experience with SAP.
  • Practice in using methodologies as Prince2 or PM Bok.
  • Credentials in running IT projects in organizations similar to Nobian are found essential for
    this role.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Project experience / working in international teams.
  • High service orientation, solution-oriented, independent way of working.
  • Hands-on mentality.
