At FrieslandCampina, our External Manufacturing (EM) network is essential to providing millions of consumers with the best dairy products. We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-driven Interim Project Manager to ensure the continuity and execution of our global EM programs.

This is a high-impact role where you don’t just advise—you execute. From insourcing initiatives and portfolio transfers to the rollout of complex cost models, you will be the engine that keeps our projects moving from initiation to completion.

Your Mission: From Strategy to Success

You will act as the central coordination point between Category Procurement, sub-category buyers, and various support functions. Your goal? Zero slippage on critical projects and 100% contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Execution: Lead assigned EM projects (e.g., portfolio transfers, ICM rollout) through structured project stages (G2–G5), ensuring all milestones and approvals are met.
• Contract Management in Coupa: Coordinate the preparation, approval, and system upload of EM contracts. You ensure everything is audit-ready and compliant with legal and S2C standards.
• Commercial Support: Execute annual conversion cost reviews and open cost price models, aligning data between suppliers, Procurement, and Finance.
• Supplier Governance: Coordinate governance forums, including performance meetings and quarterly reviews, ensuring all financial and service risks are mitigated.
• Financial Hygiene: Partner with AP (Budapest) to resolve blocked invoice backlogs and fix root causes like price mismatches.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, factual progress reports and run structured check-ins with the EM procurement team.

What We Ask

We need a professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-changing environment.

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Education: Academic working and thinking level (Bachelor or Master).
• Systems: Proven experience with SAP and COUPA is essential.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills and an analytical mindset. You are a clear communicator who can align different functions easily.
• Mindset: A "plug-and-play" mentality—structured, detail-oriented, and focused on delivery.
• Language: English is mandatory

What Success Looks Like

You are successful when the EM scope is delivered on time and in line with governance, operational risks are reduced, and there is full transparency across the portfolio. You provide stability and control during this interim period.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What We Offer

· A high-impact interim position for 8 months at one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives

· Hours: 38 hours per week

· Hybrid Working: A healthy balance with 2 days at our office in Amersfoort and 3 days from home.

· A salary between € 6000 and € 6250 gross per month based on 38 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience.

· A monthly Individual Choice Budget (ICB) of 8.76% of your salary for flexible use.

· 25 vacation days, with the option to include 5 days in your ICB.

· Full public transport reimbursement or a travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
