Vattenfall ABDuties:
Construction Oversight: Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
On-Site Team Coordination: Coordinate with various on-site teams, including HSE, engineering, suppliers delivering and construction, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications and regulations.
HSE assurance: Implement and enforce HSE protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site (supported by an on-site HSE coordinator).
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including any issues or delays, to the project management team.
Local Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all local stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and local residents.
Resource Management: Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials together with the subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site to minimize disruptions to the project.
Payment Requests: Support in checking and verifying subcontractors' and suppliers' payment requests following their deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Hard skills:
Technical Knowledge in Solar PV energy: In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials specific to solar park projects
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor construction activities
Quality Control: Ability to implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications
Safety Management: Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
Resource Management: Skills in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
Contract Management: Understanding of construction contracts and contract management

Education:
- Engineering degree (HBO)
- VCA VOL or SCC (germany) certificate
